I think that the developers were trying to make things simple with D and D and, as is often the case, ended up making them messy because of it. They should really have wondered over to the Magic offices and asked them to write out how these kinds of things work.
I'm going to try to re post this elsewhere as was suggested. I think we need an official ruling on it since the three options are very different in power level.

I was just wonderin, if this is true, wouldn't it be a fact, that the spirit companion count as one of the shamans conjurations, so the healin would apply to every ally adjecent to it, which makes it that much more awsome actually...:D!

Hmmm, well that would certainly up the power level... the problem with that is that the Shaman would always be healing everyone that is adjacent to their companion. I'm not sure that is the intent.
