Astral Storm can get up to the thirties with a few feats items etc.
Also it can become Much much larger then its current affect with a few other feats..
All in all a great spell

I swear, the next April Fools Day WotC prank should be a DDI pdf of a new class "Rouge" based on using makeup in combat.
