Dragonborn fighter/multiclass ruthless ruffian with Executioner's Mien stance, Draconic Arrogance feat, and any push/prone power. You get your strength normally from the power, then again because it's rattling due to executioner's mien, then again from pushing/proning...go Iron Vanguard to add con on there, and marked scourge to slap on wis too. Only caveat is he needs to use a mace or club...but oh well...

I still like the Tiefling Fighter/Rogue Fiendish Rebuke with the new daily powers for +Str+Dex+Cha+Int, +Str+Dex+Cha+Int+Cha at Paragon.

^^ Is that a Fighter power, or something from a Paragon Path? Because mine's already taking a Paragon Path into account.

ita a rogue utility power lvl 10 that gives the Rattling keyword to all your attacks Hmm. That's pretty good, actually. I hadn't really worked out more than a basic framework for this build, but that's a good reason to go with the rattling multiclass feat instead of the sneak attack I guess.
Edit: So that's Str+Int+CA to attack rolls and 2(Str)+2(Cha)+Int to damage rolls. Not too shabby. I'll probably go Tempest, though, so that takes it back to Str+2(Cha)+Int, but twice a turn.

Don't forget Marked Scourge for +wis too...the real trick is getting all 6 attributes to damage on a single attack....putting your entire being into it if you will...

All my spreads for this guy so far, though, have Wis at 8 (since I need every other attribute for something). Maybe that could work in Epic after a couple of free raises.

It would be stronger to add the same two stats six times than each ability once. Pit Fighter and Marked Scourge already give you 2Wis, so if you can get 3Str and 1 more Wis it would be hilarious. Shifter FTW! Of course, I don't actually have MP, so I'm useless in this discussion.
