Doppelganger Wizard/Swordmage->Bloodmage->Archmage. Was a self-taught spellcasting prodigy, and dedicated much of his thought to the philosphical implications of every spell, every Arcane formula, every facet of the Universe. Mentally unstable, but with an incredible depth of philosophical wisdom. Smiles only out of spite and laughs only as an act of defiance. Enjoys giving himself the appearance of having abnormal or unsettling eyes. Has numerous idiosyncrasies, including, but not limited to: sitting perched on the balls of his feet, disdains using mundane means for any task that magic can dupilcate, prefers to use his Cantrips to interact (Lifting items with Mage Hand, Speaking through Ghost Sound, and Prestidigitation for other various effects), and speaking exclusively in the third person of himself.

Female (disguised as male) Half-Elf. Brutal Scoundrel Rogue/Multiclassed with Star Pact Warlock.
If want more specifics:
-Star Pact is based around Fate/Time, she is reluctant to use it, thus why disguised herself, to try and avoid her fate.
-Pale skin and white hair, lithe frame fully garbed from head to toe to hide identity more.
-Uses rapier and parrying dagger.

Quite a pulchritudinous fellow there. All in all, I find it quite appreciable. By what means did you procure this document?

I've actually seen that pic before myself.

All other posters (like Proin) do is find art. I do that, and also edit it to better suit the request. :D Also, how come I am the only one who ever bothers to center them? They look so much nicer when centered. The Genasi Elemental Tempest pic was easy enough to modify. BEFORE AFTER The Genasi Child pic was easy to convert into an Enraged Fire Genasi pic as well. :D BEFORE AFTER The Fire Genasi VS Sahuagin pic needed no editing at all for your character description. ALTERNATIVELY... This picture used to be an "ice man" holding a greatsword over half of his face (the blade of which reflected his doomed foes). I mirrored the image (to get a whole symmetrical face) and then changed the color tones from icy blue to flaming red. It's a shame I didn't save the original to show you. This picture is now unrecognizeable as the original.

I admit, I don't have the Mad Photoshop Skillz RavingDork has...
What I find most frustrating about 4E is that I can see it includes the D&D game I've always wanted to play, but the game is so lathered in tatical combat rules that I have thus far been unable to coax the game I want out.

I admit, I don't have the Mad Photoshop Skillz RavingDork has... :D I find mirroring and color changing are some of the easier things to do with art, though both can be hit or miss with certain pictures. For example, I found a pic of what appears to be an Eladrin wizard with scarring (shown below). I mirrored it twice, creating three different pics--some of which look more realistic than others. I am no good at making art from scratch, but I have become quite adept at editing existing art.

Suddenly, I have three different character portraits--perhaps representing a character at different stages of his career.
