I don't understand : why I'm unable to see my previous post ? It seems to appear only if I post another one in the thread. But I don't like doing a double-post just to be sure that the first one is not invisible ! Is it a bug in my browser (chrome) ? Or a bug in the messageboard, as it seems my post is the first on the 1333th page of the thread, but the forum only shows the 1332th page ? Unless I let this otherwise useless post, then the 1333th page do exist, and my post shows up.

I think it is the way the messageboard processes making a new page, I get the same effect you do but I use the same browser so it might still be that... I need a female barbarian with a two-handed hammer, if anyone has a better one than the pictures I have I would appreciate it just as much, or just edit either one of these in the way described, whichever is easier or better looking Spoiler:

Olinswordforger...
If you want the eyes slightly reddish, just select a brush tool on your program, pick a color (try to sample colors from the image itself if you can find one that works) and set the transparency fairly high (97% or so), then use a large brush size with a soft edge to make a few passes over the eyes to tint them a bit red. Alternately, you can do a color change, or, if you're proficient at working with layers, you can place a highly transparent red layer over them. (Zoom in close to do the actual work, then zoom out to check your work and see what needs to be adjusted. Freehand work is all about zooming in and out, making one or two little changes and then checking to see if they look right before proceeding.) If you want them actually bloodshot, just draw in the red lines by hand.
Also, a bit of general advice - when pasting objects into a pic, make note of where the highlights and shadows are in the base image (which are determined by which direction the lighting in the pic is coming from) and compare them to the shadows/highlights on the new object being pasted. Sometimes you need to adjust or alter them to make the new object look right in the image. There may be something in the image that casts a shadow on the object where it currently has a highlight or the object may cast a shadow on something in the image. In your image, for example, the highlights are on the figure's left side, so anything on the right side will most likely be in some degree of shadow. Because the right side of his face is in shadow, his newly-pasted right fang should be in shadow as well, i.e., a little darker than the left one. There should be a bit of a highlight along the top edge of the left side of his nose since it sticks out beyond the rest of his face. Because the light source in the pic is on the figure's left, the figure's body is casting a shadow on the hand wearing the gauntlet so the severe highlights on the thumb and fingers and the edges of the plates above the wrist should be similar to the less-severe highlight on the back of the hand. Doing a color change on the highlight areas to change them from white to the same grey as the highlight on the back of the hand will make it look more like the glove was an original part of the pic.

Guys,
One request may have gotten skipped. Is there anyone that can take this four-armed image and put a regular looking humanish head on it that won't look jacked up:
4 armed dude
Show
And for a second request, the flying archer picture here below, can someone give him a haircut and ear-bob, turn his armor black (or at least darker) and give him a black hooded cloak similar to what is in the second picture? Doesn't have to be perfect and if we need to lose the background to do it no big deal.
halfling assassin changes
Show
I appreciate any help with these two projects. I don't have an appropriately faced/sized cloak to use, but somone with some art talent could probably draw a black cloak easily enough. These two requests are beyond my photoshop-fu level abilities.
Blessings,
Thatcher
Ok took a crack at the halfling myself. Found a workable cloak online. Not really that good, but it is better than nothing. Here is the before and after shots.
Halfling Assassin Changes

But honestly I have tried everything and can't seem to make the head replacement on this pic myself. I would ask if there is anyone who might be able to do a decent job of replacing the empty helmet with a normal looking human head that blends ok with the picture. Any help with this would be appreciated. Head Replacement Needed

Thanks again in advance for anyone willing to help with this. Blessings, Thatcher

, which I found invaluable in assisting me in how to do this project with Photobie. I have learned a lot. I think I will take a crack at assisting Chosenjedi with his request, I will have to go nback through the back posts to find advice on how to recolour black to white and vice versa so it might take me a little while. Once again thanks for all your help.
