After hearing Wil Wheaton perform a great improvised Avenger Oath in one of the PvP podcasts I was wondering what your Avenger's Oath of Enmity is?

How did I know that would happen...
This question bears some thinking about as to what would be the oath...

"In Brightest Day, In Darkest Night, No Evil Shall Escape My Sight..." Cool! That's part of Green Lantern's vow right?

Hmm... I'll have to think about that. My first idea: You've made your transgression, and I will stop you. Know that only the gods themselves can stay my blade now. Or, more simple:
You dun gonna die now! CHAAAAAARGE!!!

Cool! That's part of Green Lantern's vow right? I think you're right. I think it goes
"In Brightest Day, In Darkest Night, No Evil Shall Escape My Sight, [Something] [Something], Green Lantern's Light!"
Except, y'know, the proper line instead of [Something] [Something] :P
Though, were I to make an Avenger, and I decided against a serious oath, I'd have to go with:
"Before the gods, I swear I will: Know when to hold 'em, Know when to fold 'em, Know when to walk away, And know when to run."

"Hello, my name is Ignio Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die."
"Butts will be liberally kicked in good measure!"
"I will find the secrets I seek in your dying breath."-Avenger of Vecna ftw!

"SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!"
Sorry couldn't resist.

Cool! That's part of Green Lantern's vow right? In Brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape my sight let those who worship evil's might beware my power, Green Lantern's Light!
How about this:
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.
'course you need to have a coin pouch that says 'Bad Mother****er' on it.
Now, if you're a shifter you can use this:
Thunder. Thunder! THUNDER! THUNDERCATS HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
“If an injury has to be done to a man it should be so severe that his vengeance need not be feared” - Niccolo Machiavelli
“When the blameless and the righteous die, the very gods for vengeance cry” - Vlad Taltos
“The divine wrath is slow indeed in vengeance, but it makes up for its tardiness by the severity of the punishment” - Unknown (at least to me)
“To the last, I grapple with thee; From Hell's heart, I stab at thee; For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee” - Herman Melville, Moby Dick
"Mercy is the mark of a great man." "Guess I'm just a good man." "I'm alright." - Malcom Reynolds, Firefly
"Veni, Vidi, Nates calsis concidi" - Latin for: I came, I saw, I kicked it's ass.
Another Latin quote, because it bears being said: Latinis Diest Flageris Sereramos Sunt "In Latin, everything sounds awesome"
