I've made the evil twin of my previous avenger (Ardent Champion:Sith as Serene Initiate:Jedi). We're also playing in Eberron, and the majority of the group are followers of Lady Vol, so I've tried to mix in some references to blood and such. I'm kinda surprised nobody's done any Eberron-themed ones in this thread yet. Here's what I've got so far: ''Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. Blood shall set me free."
"As the blood is the power, and the blood flows through me, the power is mine." (Blood of Vol chant)
"I have come for your blood ..."
"Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to power, power leads to victory."
"This battlefield shall be my canvas; this blade, my brush; your blood, my paint." (or perhaps: "My canvas shall be this battlefield; my brush, this blade; my paint ... your blood.")
"My lady, hear now this prayer and give ear to the words of my mouth. A stranger has risen against me who places you not before them! Set me aflame with the fury of your vengeance! Guide me to reward this enemy with the wisdom of your truth! I offer this foe's blood as a tribute, a sacrifice to the glory of your name."
Also, here's a good one adapted from Kill Bill: "When fortune smiles on something as violent and ugly as revenge, it seems proof like no other, that not only do the gods exist, you're doing their will." For my purposes, I swapped out "gods" for "ancestors" (since my new avenger is an undead/ancestory-worshipping Eberron elf).
