One of my current ideas for an Avenger isn't the Divine Assassin but just a redeemed criminal with a divine calling. Therefore:

I like this one! Especially because it's deity specific...
Maybe we should compile a list with possible oaths, one for each of the main gods? Or at least those that are likely to have Avengers?
