At first I say two weapon ranger with the corsair PP
The lyrics are hard to follow so I listened to the tempo and sound. I got something moving fast, hitting not as hard as others but laying down the beats as fast as you breathe, the surfer twang of the guitars (vox box I think? correct me if I am wrong) makes me think beaches which brings up pirates.

I don't really know what to say aside from maybe a martial character, likely a rogue or ranger taking the Sword Coast Corsair paragon path. The current books don't offer any information about airships. Ayreon - Eyes of Time
