Really off-the-walls bouncy, I'd say either young Halfling or a very young child of the Human, Elf, or Half-Elf races. Good or Unaligned, maybe Wizard class. Cleric or Fey Warlock might also work. Also, in your post, I misread Dark Pact as Duck Pact. That would be an amusing power set... Fate/Zero OIST - The Lancer ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZiXr1AgiTFU) Note: Picks up at 1:14

AWESOME instrumental. I loved it. It has alot of energy to it. Kind of frantic, desperate, reckless energy. You can see somebody charging into battle and getting in over their heads with it. Whoever's music this is, though, they're flashy. Spotlight stealers. Cocky. With that in mind, I'm going to go with Valorous Bard. Capable on the front lines, but not unstoppable, and really, really good at putting on a show. Followup is: The Cruxshadows - Sophia http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCZ00NYqjSY\ (Note: I'd ignore the lame video and focus on the awesome lyrics)

Definitely a barbarian. And it has to be a half orc, because all half orcs are metal. Dr. Steel-- Fibonacci Sequence
What I find most frustrating about 4E is that I can see it includes the D&D game I've always wanted to play, but the game is so lathered in tatical combat rules that I have thus far been unable to coax the game I want out.

Ok, never heard that song before, but It immediately got me thinking classical music, so high intelligence so wizard maybe. But the hokey synthesized music made me think bad thoughts. I would go with an Artificer who carries a mechanical harp as an implement or something like that. I would also stat him out with Dex as a low stat. kinda clumsy. A rap song made you think of classical music?

Dr. Steel--Fibonacci Sequence First thoughts make me think of a carnival... Which makes me thinks of bards, but then it changes medium and it has an electronic style with a carnival style which makes me think of robots and the closest we have to those is warforged. So Warforged bard. Decent charisma and con, with a splattering of intelligence. So yeah. Warforged bard who specializes in thunder powers and abilities that emphasize a bit of dissonance since that was an overlaying theme of the piece.

The Shadow Government, They Might Be Giants Given that the moon comes to their aid, I'd say a cosmic sorcerer (from Arcane Power) who chooses the Lunar phase whenever possible. Possibly a Star Pact Warlock. Definately not Lawful.
