Right now I've got a Bard who worships the Raven Queen (3.5/4E crossover game) and the classic absent-minded professor Wizard/Cleric who worships Ioun and collects books for her temple back home.

In my current game:

Dragonborn Paladin -- Bahamut
Dragonborn Cleric -- Bahamut
Dragonborn Warlord -- Bahamut
Dragonborn Warlock -- Bahamut
Dragonborn Fighter -- Bahamut
Eladrin Wizard -- not specified
Eladrin Wizard -- not specified
Halfling Rogue -- Tymora
Human Cleric -- Bahamut

(The dragonborn are all of a clan, travelling together; the human is their mentor/keeper)

I also have an Eladrin Swordmage who follows Torm (long story :D)
In memory of wrecan and his Unearthed Wrecana.

5e should strongly stay away from "I don't like it, so you can't have it either."

My current party

Sarastro (my character): male half-elf paladin of Pelor
Terazul: female human wizard, worships Ioun
Suzu: female human "priest" (in actual fact a rogue/warlock) of The Raven Queen
"Mr. Big": a warforged fighter with a male personality. Doesn't appear to worship any god yet.
Tremmie: female human rogue. Doesn't have any faith, but loooooves blood. *shudder*

Dragonborn Paladin/cleric of Bahamut (kind of an obvious choice). I'm not sure about the other players in my group.

I did make a character for a sci-fi campaign that essentially worshipped his ship.
Roleplaying Logs My roleplaying blog, where I give a summary of what happened in the games I play in. Updates about once a week.

3/3.5 (Forgotten Realms unless otherwise noted):
"standard" elf (whichever was +2dex/-2con for Eberron) swashbuckler (using an elven courtblade, woo) - Undying Court
moon elf psion ('porter) - Erevan Ilesere
sun elf wizard - Labelas Enroth
moon elf sorceress (Greyhawk) - Corellon Larethian
drow favored soul - Eilistraee
moon elf swashbuckler (again: elven courtblade) - Sehanine Moonbow
wood elf druid - Rillifane Rallathil
faerie dragon sorcerer (PoL homebrew campaign of silliness) - himself. seriously. the cleric worshiped him, too, and got spells. yeah.

4e:
none yet, putting together a campaign right now that I'm DMing. Two of the NPCs are from a Feywild city that straddles the Shadowfell and is "near" the Far Realms and don't believe in any gods other than Ao (who does not grant spells or acknowledge worship).
