The age guidelines for Tieflings seem to have been omitted from their entry in the PHB. Every other race gets a blurb about their age of maturity and how long they generally live, or at least that they are comparable to humans. With the Tiefling, as far as we can tell, this is missing.

Anyone know? Or does everyone just play them in a similar range to humans?

In my campaign I decided they have the same lifespan as humans. I remember looking at last edition entries for tieflings and aasimars to help determine if this is consistent. I didn't notice an entry for age anywhere in the core books for tieflings.

Well I just manually dug up an old thread here where someone asked the same question, despite my searching for keywords earlier (unimpressed with Gleemax's search functions about now). Unfortunately, no one had answers besides confirming it was completely overlooked.

I think Planescape mentions them as living up to 100 years, but Planescape Tieflings and 4e Tieflings could have as much to do with each other conceptually as early edition halflings vs. what we have now.

In the 2nd Ed Planewalker's Handbook, the tiefling stastistics from the Age Table were thus:

Race.......Starting Age Base....Variation....Maximum Age
Tiefling............17...................2d4..........100+1d100

I suspect that the natural lifespan for a Tiefling is unknown, as all Tieflings of record to date have died violently. :P

Whenever there is no data I default the value to zero. Could explain why they don't exist in my campaign. :D

Tieflings generally live as long as most humans do. They're not a long living race like elves or dwarves or anything along those lines.

in the end it's up to you since it's your campaign/game. I mean I could have tieflings live until 30 years old in my campaign if I wanted. If you're the DM it's up to you, otherwise ask your DM.

I'm using Teiflings as Fawns (Satyrs) in my game, so I have to decide how long those live...

Non-serious answer: Until about 30 seconds after they meet their first dragonborn.

Serious answer: I have a general rule for this kind of thing. For any trait of a basically humanoid race, assume they are the same as humans unless anything specifically says otherwise. This goes for lifespan, age of maturity, sexual dimorphism, relative frequency of males and females in the population, disposition towards religious zealotry, gestation period, bone density, food and water requirements, or indeed any other obscure trait you can possibly think of.
