Alright, thanks. Here's another question also related to cleave that I just ran across. If I'm a polearm fighter, and I attack enemy A (that has no enemies adjacent to it) with cleave , and sink my extra cleave damage into enemy B (that is adjacent to me, but has no other enemies adjacent to it), and I have the Cruel Cut Style feat, do they both get ongoing damage?
Cruel Cut Style: If no other enemies are adjacent to the target when you hit the target with this exploit, the target takes ongoing damage equal to your Wisdom modifier (save ends).
So: Only the target of the attack (and there is only one target) gets the ongoing. However, as long as the target is alone, it gets the ongoing no matter if you deal the extra damage or not.

..."window.parent.tinyMCE.get('post_content').onLoad.dispatch();" contenteditable="true" /> and i have another Question, what books contain the stats of the deity/primodials: From the books i one, in monster Manual 3 ther was Lolth, Ogremoch, Imix. Veccna in Open Grave: Secret of the Undeaths and i think in the Metalic/ Cromatic Dragon Supplement Books wher Bahamut and Tiamat
There's usually 1-2 L31+ monsters in each book of monsters. They also show up in adventures, magazines, etc. There's no collection of them.
Thanks, but wher can i find the stats for Tharizdun, the chaind god

This.
(Also: So far, the previews are not auspicious for Next being a game that actually fills a niche better than some other pre-existing game.)

Not right at the moment, given that it's not been published yet. It currently costs you bandwidth.

Hey folks! New aspiring DM here and I'm trying to get everything set up for my friends and I, and I just want to make sure that I have all the right pieces. Here's what I have so far: The Red Box Dungeon Master's Kit Monster Vault DnD and DMing for Dummies A subscription to DDI
Other than potentially a Heroes of... book, should we be good to go?
