Ok... never mind... saw (deep within the bowells) of the compendium's ardent class description is a sentence that says that they recharge after a short or extended rest. Though I would still like to know how the number of power points is arrived at...

You can find the rules for Psionic Augmentation in the Online Compendium since you are an Insider, all of the classes seem to have identical wording, so here's a link to the Psion entry.
"Invokers are probably better round after round but Wizard dailies are devastating. Actually, devastating is too light a word. Wizard daily powers are soul crushing, encounter ending, havoc causing pieces of awesome." -AirPower25 Sear the Flesh, Purify the Soul; Harden the Heart, and Improve the Mind; Born of Blood, but Forged by Fire; The MECH warrior reaches perfection. Q: The Battlemind class has powers that put it into a certain aspect untill the end of the encounter and allow the use of or enhance certain abilities (example: Aspect of Elevated Harmony). Am I right to assume that you can only have one aspect active at a time? And how is it with an aspect and a stance: can they be active at the same time?

Q: The Battlemind class has powers that put it into a certain aspect untill the end of the encounter and allow the use of or enhance certain abilities (example: Aspect of Elevated Harmony). Am I right to assume that you can only have one aspect active at a time?
No. Nothing says you can only have one active, so there is no limit.
However, watch out for the rules on Augmentable powers - you can only use one augment at a time. Gaining an additional Augment 1 option doesn't let you use that *and* a different augment at the same time.
So if you activate, say, Elevated Harmony and Bitter Ice, you still can only pick one Augment to use per power - one of the power's original augments, the Elevated Harmony augment, or the Bitter Ice augment.
And how is it with an aspect and a stance: can they be active at the same time?
Of course. An aspect is not a stance.
(There ARE, just to make it confusing, several Stances called "Aspect Of The Whatever" - but those are Stances. They have the Stance keyword, and they tell you that you are in a Stance. The Battlemind Aspects are just a uniquely-named situation, like "affected by your satire of evasion (save ends)")

We have a changeling in the party now. And I'm a little lost about how a monster makes an insight check against his bluff powers. Where in the monster stat block is the creatures "insight"?

Insight is a skill; if the monster is trained in it, it will be listed alongside its trained skills towards the bottom of the stat block. If it's not trained, you use the monster's stat check, like with any untrained skill (in this case, Wisdom).
Another day, another three or four entries to my Ignore List.

When an enemy creature uses an attack that marks the PC, is the DM obliged to tell the player he/she has been marked? Do they know they have been marked?

Thanks Salla. Not being able to find it, that was what I ended up guessing anyway! Where can I find that info in the RC or other books?
