Also, thief tricks kinda eliminate the fun of getting CA thru team work or by your own means... Rogues are suppose to be the tactical rewarding striker.

Eh, claiming "the game is more fun when it's harder for you to do as well as someone else" is not ... valid at all, except in that "ignorance is bliss" sort of way.

Regardless, a Rogue can gain CA nearly constantly between just the Cunning Stalker feat and flanking with Allies, there'd be no reason to sacrifice a utility slot for it.

How can I, in game, describe that noone but the assassin from heroes of shadow can use the poison he or she makes? And would it be so bad if someone else in the party could use it?

It could be because the assassin's poison is a Secret trade jalously guarded and used with utter secrecy. You are free to allow anyone to use his poison if you want, but he wouldn't be able to create more. How bad it is will depend of the assassins and the other players.

I always asumed that it is implied to be rather dangerous for the poisons to be handled by other people beside the one creating it, thus the reason why the assassin that created that poison is inmune to it's own poisons.  But there isn't nothing that stop you from using them...thought be careful with your comrades that use the poison to add it their weapon, when the poison is the kind of poison that affect you for holding a poisoned object for a short period of time

Is brain in a jar`s power, mind stab(open grave page 140), too powerful for a companion character(dmg2 page 27), even if I change it to close burst 2 instead of close burst 4? The mage is trapped inside his orb and has to play as a "brain in a jar" for a while:p

Do the buffs from rune states (Rune of Destruction and Protection) affect the Runepriest himself? If they do, when do they take place during the power usage/attack?

Weapon Damage [W] don't scale by themselves but the attack powers can do. For exemple at-will attack powers usually scale at level 21 to add an additional 1 [W].

Runes of Protection/Destruction don't include the Runepeirest as they affect allies only, which you aren't considered as.

Rune of Destruction: Allies gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls against enemies that are adjacent to you or to any other runepriests who are in this rune state.

Rune of Protection: While adjacent to you, allies gain resist 2 to all damage. The resistance increases to 4 at 11th level and 6 at 21st level.

Okay, that's what I wanted to know. One of the guides I read listed "benefiting from your own bonuses" as a pro, so I got a little confused there. Thanks.
