It should have reach if you're going off the over-arcing 'Polearms have reach' rule. It shouldn't have reach if you're going off the 'Small characters get screwed' design paradigm 4e likes so much.
Another day, another three or four entries to my Ignore List.

It shouldn't have reach if you prefer the "actual rules take precedence over descriptive text" rule.

Unfortunately for you, you have inherited a condition from your mother known as Primary Protagonist Syndrome, which means The Story is interested in you. It will find you, and if you are not ready for the narrative strands it will throw at you..." - from Footloose

After my DM burnt out, I decided to take over his role and give it a shot. However, I'm inheriting a lv. 18 group and don't quite have the time to create a new adventure from scratch. Can you recommend any pre-built adventures for upper paragon level?

I like homebrewing monsters with class templates. Are there any official class templates for th classes from the PHB3 or the Artificer?
If there are, what books are they in? (And if there aren't, are there any third party sources available?)
Gunmage, a homebrew arcane striker. (Heroic Tier playtest ready.) GDocs link. (More up to date.)

Just pick a base monster of an appropriate level and role. Then read the class features and powers and give a few of them to the monster in place of powers and features it normally has.

Quick Question-- I am just starting out as a DM and am wondering what type of situations a Con and Dex check would be used in?? I am unable to find anything other then "they are rare" in my DM book...

Okay so I have a question about the level 12:Stalker Bloodline Utlity Power "Hunter's Frenzy" Now correct me if I'm wrong but it says Trigger: You bloody and Enemy or reduce it to 0 hit points with an attack, is it basically saying you can kill a person? and how do you determine wether they become bloodied or they die basically? Because from what I'm reading this ability sounds broken as hec since it's a free action

When you reduce an enemy to zero HP, typically, yes, it is dead; you bloody an enemy when you reduce it to half of its full HP or less, and the DM is obligated to tell you this has happened. In either case, the necessary information is given to the player so he can decide whether or not he wants to use the ability.
