What will the next season of Encounters be and where is this information usually posted?
Web of the Spider Queen - May 16th to August 15th
Council of Spiders - August 22nd to October 17th
War of Everlasting Darkness - October 24th to December 19th
I believe this information is posted on the Rise of the Underdark page.
Hopefully, since the three adventures seem to be linked, these seasons will allow players to advance past level 3.

My level 13 Seeker|Exe\Rogue is trying to use Acolyte Power at lvl 10 to swap utilities. For some reason the only utility it lets me select is my U2 but I would like to take my U6. Am I missing something is this a builder bug?

sounds like a pre-req isn't being met, actually, like training in a skill or the L4 stat boost
nm, run into that occasionally. the builder gets fussy trying to maintain the proper amount of powers from each hybrid class, and sometimes loses its mind exactly as you describe.
at least you can add in the right one with the custom power button now, even if it does ruin the aesthetics.

Hey Guys, i have a little issue here with the character builder...at least i think.
When i was experimenting with the creation of a Human Warlord i have chosen Improved Initiative (PH1) and Battle Hardened (PH3) as starting feats, at the second level i have chosen Quick Draw (PH1). But for some reason the misc initiative does not appear to stack. Is this mend to be or is it a flaw in the character builder?

those 3 feats all give a feat bonus to initiative, and bonuses of the same type ("feat" in this case) do not stack. you are probably just seeing the bonus from Improved Initiative + Combat Leader.
you would have to seek out other flavors of bonuses like item or untyped bonuses to see further improvement, but note that the bonus from Combat Leader is a power bonus.

I just recently got into 4e Dungeons & Dragons. I've only got the 3 core rule books. I seem to recall somewhere in one of those 3 books discussing how priests of various deities dress but can't find it anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction or am I imagining things?

Their symbols appear on page 21 and 22 of the PHB, and 162 of the DMG, however the appearance of the gods, and if they even show themselves is left to the DM. There are descriptions of most of the current deities in books from previous editions, Deities and Demigods most likely, but you can also find them on wikipedia and the forgottenrealms.wikia.com

Thanks, but I'm looking for the way their priests dress, not the appearance of the gods themselves or their symbols.

You'd probably need to look in the various Campaign Settings - but I'm reasonably sure this isn't something which is heavuly detailed, it's an area where you have freedom to work things out for yourself.

High Crit property dice: does the brutal property effect these dice rolls, i.e. with a brutal 2 property on a high crit weapon, would you get to reroll a 1 or 2 on the high crit dice until it showed a 3, for example?
