"Black and white" is a false analogy to what he's proposing. An apt analogy would be "black and not-black," which lines up very nicely with the right-wrong dichotomy.

Also, you can't measure evil. Claiming one evil act is worse than another requires arbitration and by extension, proof. Calling him creepy doesn't do your point any great service in that department.
