A Hybrid Cleric/Sentinel should gain two Healing Word powers that he can each use once per encounter and gain no additional uses at level 16. Healing Word (Hybrid): You gain the power healing word. The power functions as normal, except that you can use it only once per encounter.

If I have the feat low crawl and an effect causes me to fall prone when I shift, is the shift interrupted or does it continue as normal?

The reason falling prone normally stops a Shift is that you can't shift while prone. Your character CAN shift while prone, so falling prone shouldn't stop your move.

I'm confused by the Pixie.
Tiny Size. Four pixies can be in the same square. Normally opponents cannot occupy the same square, but the Pixie frequently alludes to it being able to enter an opponent's square.
Can the Pixie enter an opponent's square? If so, how many Pixie's can be in a Medium sized enemy's square? What about a Medium sized ally's square? Same questions, except Large?
Thanks in advance.
edit: I did not read far enough in the RC. Page 205:
"Tiny Creatures: A Tiny creature can enter a larger creature's space and end its move there, regardless of whether the larger creature is an ally or enemy."

Yes, four, four, sixteen (or 32 if you take a 2x2 monster to be a 2x2x2 monster the way the 3D rules sometimes do.)

Tiny has a special rule, it applies to all Tiny creatures. It is under the occupied square rules and actually has never been changed, so the original PHB or the RC text will tell you all you need to know.

One final thing.
Based on my reading, it's fine for a Tiny creature to enter a larger creature's space, but it doesn't say anything about the inverse.
Can another creature enter into a Pixie's space if the Pixie doesn't want for that to happen?

I'm pretty sure this isn't true. Falling prone whilst moving cancels movement, shifting being still movement for that purpose. Crawling is a different action from normal movement (or shifting), you'd have to take a new move action to change to crawling, even if you can shift whilst doing it.

Falling prone doesn't cancel movement, it prevent further movement if its is not one you can do while prone. (ex. walk or run)
Prone says the only way you can move is by crawling, teleporting, or being pulled, pushed, or slid. Low Crawl says you can shift while prone.
So if you are knocked prone while shifting, you can still continue to shift because while prone, the only way a creature with Low Crawl can move is by crawling, shifting, teleporting, or being pulled, pushed, or slid.
