..."window.parent.tinyMCE.get('post_content').onLoad.dispatch();" contenteditable="true" /> Nope. You have a spellbook (physical object). You do not have the ability to choose which spells to prepare from a spellbook (class feature). Blackstaff Apprentice requires that second one.
Yes. Actually, you do. If you have the Student of Sword Magic feat, you have a spellbook which lets you choose two Swordmage daily powers whenever you gain a new Swordmage daily power. You then choose which of those spells you want to be able to cast that day, just like a Wizard with their spellbook class feature.
Note that Blackstaff Apprentice does not specify "Wizard spells", just spells. So, if you can prepare any spells from a spellbook and are a Wizard, you qualify for the theme.
I think it works.
Whoops! I'm sorry, I didn't look up the Feat.
(And you're right, it's Student Of Sword Magic. "Student Of The Sword" is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT Feat)
So, yeah. That appears to work.

So is there a link to this? If somebody refers to RC 222 - where do I find it (original source)?
Edit: ah get it...another book. So there is no way I can get to these clarifications through the insider content, is there?
RC 222 is damage and damage rolls. You can find it in the DDi Compendium

On the interaction between the feat Paladin's Truth: Epic TierPrerequisite: 21st level, paladinBenefit: When you attack a creature marked by you, you ignore that creature’s resistances and immunities. And a Bloodiron Weapon: Property: When you score a critical hit with this weapon, the target of the attack takes 1d10 damage per enhancement bonus of this weapon at the start of your next turn. If I happen to crit an enemy with damage resist all, I am correct in assuming that they do get to apply resistance vs the secondary damage taken at start of my next turn?

I'd say no because Paladin's Truth let you ignore a creature’s resistances and immunities when you attack it, which you aren't doing when the target takes 1d10+ damage at the start of your next turn due to the Bloodiron Weapon's Property. Since there's no duration to the resistance/immunity ignorance, i'd tend to think its against instantaneous damage when you attack it, not against effects that happen on subsequent turns, ex. ongoing damage etc..
But i could see a place to argue that the situational damage happens because you attacked it and thus should be ignored, so YMMV, might wanna check with your DM.

For the feat Hindering Shield do I need to be proficient in the shield or merely have it equipped?
