Quick question to resolve mild dispute with player.

Do untyped bonuses stack?

Untyped bonuses stack as long as they are from different rules sources. Unless that source specifically says it stacks with itself.

So if you have a +2 bonus to Will from Solid Sound and you use another thunder power that turn and picked will, your bonus would be +2 but not +4.

Edit in italics.

Also note that some benecicial effects, especially those granted by multiple items  to increase the distance of any teleport (ex: Eladrin Boot, Eladrin Ring of Passage), are not actually bonuses due to the word bonus not being used in the description, and therefore they always stack

Cool, thanks!

So if a Ranger has Barrage Braces and used Blade Cascade, he'd get +1 after the first hit, but then he would't get +2/+3/etc. with any following hits in Blade Cascade?

I am playing a Vryloka race & Vampire class. As a class feature I am undead. So does that mean I do not age, breathe, eat or sleep? Also, would low intelligence undead creatures react to me as friendly/indifferent instead of auto attacking me since I am also an undead creature? Do they sense and not attack their own?

Unless it says you do not age, breathe, eat, or sleep, you age, breathe, eat, and sleep.  Unless the creatures say they react friendly to other undead, they don't react friendly to you.

There are no inferred effects in 4e.  Things do exactly what they say they do, and nothing more.

Yes, +1 total, for all hits after the first.

Yup. That said, the DM still might use a creature's fluff description or lore for roleplaying purposes. Examples:
- Skeleton lore (MM p.235) says: "These free-willed skeletons tend to attack any living creature they encounter. "
- Zombie lore (MM p.275) says: "a zombie obeys its creator and wants nothing more than to kill and consume the living."

... but these creatures don't really have that much ability to tell the difference.

The short answer is that there is no rules thing that says one way or the other and you should talk to the DM.

The long answer is that this should never come up for you.  Because you shouldn't be playing either a vampire or a Vryloka as they are both terrible race/classes.

Bah. They aren't optimal. They are just fine in a party with average optimization and a DM who is not out to kill the party.

"Undead" keyword actually says you don't need to eat, sleep, or breathe. But extended rests aren't neccesarily about sleeping, so you still need to do that.

That's monsters, not PCs.  Undead PCs don't have the undead keyword.
