The actual rule is that Pixies use shrunken weapons as if they were Small creatures.  Basically, after shrinking the weapon, you can use anything a Halfling or Gnome could use.

Halflings and Gnomes can't use Mordenkrads, so you can't either.

Thanks. The DM suggested against a Pixie, so I'm complying.

I do have another question. Is there any way for someone to wield a two-handed weapon in just one hand? I like the mordenkrad, but I'd also like a shield. Is there a feat I can take for this? If not, is there a penalty to attack? I think there was in Pathfinder or 3.5...maybe? Just thought if I could beef up the AC some. Again, appreciate any suggestions or information.

Short version:  No.  You need to choose, either the extra damage of the Mordenkrad or the extra defenses from your shield.  Or, in your case, either the extra damage from the Craghammer-in-two-hands or the extra defenses from a shield.

Long version:  Hoo boy.  There's a ton of ways to get a shield bonus while wielding a two-handed weapon - rhythm blade wrist razors, being a hybrid cleric and taking Battle Cleric's Lore,  and a couple of Epic Destiny features come to mind - but all of them are relatively complicated and/or require Uncommon items that you can't guarantee having and/or require very high level.

Confused about Stealth?  Think "invisibility" means "take the mini off the board to make people guess?"  You need to check out The Rules Of Hidden Club.

Damage types and resistances:  A working house rule.

Yes

The Lightning keyword replaces the Necrotic keyword.
Harrying your Prey, the Easy Way: A Hunter's Handbook - the first of what will hopefully be many CharOp efforts on my part.
The Blinker - teleport everywhere. An Eladrin Knight/Eldritch Knight.

CB != rules source.

The one he quoted.

Restoring the quote back to the way he posted it, like I've done here, makes the answer as obvious as it was when he gave it.

Hmm, i see.. is there a lightning or frost staff (or in case of need even a dagger) weapliment that does ADD the frost or lightning keyword instead of replacing other keywords? Like the crusader's weapon does for radiant for example.

Rhythm blade wrist razors while wielding a 2h weapon? Character Builder says No. Even if I clear the arms slot. Sup with that?

Character builder is bugfilled and not a rules source.  Next?

Only if its enchanted. In this case yes since enchanted wrist razor occupies the arms slot.
