Well, that'd be fixing an error with the CB, not a rules error. Not the same category of fail.
Well, no. The CB accurately and correctly reflects the printed material here. There's just some printed material that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

The Infernal Prince theme feature power is Hellfire Heart which states "The enemy takes fire damage equal to 1+ your primary ability"
So if I am level 8 and have a 20 Dex (highest) does the power do 1+5 (Dex), or 1+9 (5 Dex + 4 from half level)?

You only add your half-level modifier to ability checks, skill checks, and attack rolls. It would be six damage.
Another day, another three or four entries to my Ignore List.

No, it doesn't. Ninefold doesn't give DB the Implement keyword in the rules, but it does in the CB. Failing to accuractely reflect the rules is a different kind of failure than having bad rules.

Have what I hope is a simple question. I'm building a Pixie Warden. Using the Pixie "shrink" utility, I was wondering if I could shrink a superior weapon, like a mordenkrad. The compendium says "While shrunk, the target keeps its game statistics, such as damage dice and weight. A shrunken weapon, however, becomes an improvised one-handed weapon for a non-Tiny creature." However, when I choose the feat that allows me to purchase a mordenkrad, I cannot equip it. I'm sure the builder is thinking "dude, you're a pixie..." So I was wondering how I would be able to get by this and have the mordenkrad appear on all of my powers for "hit" and "damage" numbers. And, since we're starting out at Level 10, I'd like to update it to a Level 10 or 11 weapon...can that be done too? Or, as a pixie, am I only allowed to use weapons designated as "small"?
Thanks for any information. And Happy New Year (almost)!
EDIT: Actually, I read further and found out that I need to choose a one-handed weapon, not two-handed, so I went with a Craghammer because of the Brutal 2 feature.

Ah! Sorry, given the lack of quoted material in your post and the fact that the previous half-dozen posts were about how a dude hoped Favoured Soul got errata'd, I thought you were talking about that.

The actual rule is that Pixies use shrunken weapons as if they were Small creatures. Basically, after shrinking the weapon, you can use anything a Halfling or Gnome could use.
Halflings and Gnomes can't use Mordenkrads, so you can't either.

Hey. If i use a lightning dagger as a weapliment as a wildshape druid and i pick Blightbeast as a PP, does the necrotic dmg from Blightbeast's Blighted Wildshape (11th level feature) add to that damage? Cause in the featute it's like "your attack evocations that have the beast form keyword deal extra necrotic damage equal to your Con modifier" and in the lightning weapons description it says "all damage dealt by this weapon is lightning damage". What comes first? Does Lightning replace even the necrotic from the feature or is the necrotic keyword added to all powers?

Thanks. The DM suggested against a Pixie, so I'm complying.
I do have another question. Is there any way for someone to wield a two-handed weapon in just one hand? I like the mordenkrad, but I'd also like a shield. Is there a feat I can take for this? If not, is there a penalty to attack? I think there was in Pathfinder or 3.5...maybe? Just thought if I could beef up the AC some. Again, appreciate any suggestions or information.

You could use a Mordenkraad as a X|Cleric and get BCL for the shield bonus. Then its all a matter of fluff.
Mechanically the only way you can do it, in my knowing, is a fighter ED (and possibly a bugbear character). Personally I'd use the 4e staple of "refluff and have fun" to say you use it in 1h and have a shield in the other for looks while having whatever you want on the sheet.
