Great, and thanks! I assumed there was nothing keeping them from interacting, but I thought I would check to see if there was something I overlooked.

Even if they were worded identically they would stack, since they're not the same named game element.
or a numerical bounus with a type.
Sure, though before you could have a typed bonus to something, it must be defined as a named game element.
If Inertia were defined as ignoring 1 square of forced movement per point, the dwarf racial trait was a +1 racial bonus to Inertia, and the belt was a +1 item bonus to Inertia, that would be another way of reaching the same result.

Good Afternoon, I have two questions for you guys here.
What is the maximum distance of Melee 1 in feet from the point of origin? Is it almost the same as reach but is it the attacker's trait's benefit instead of a weapon's properties?

Melee reach is measured in squares, not feet, so the question is unanswerable. Melee 1 is a reach of 1 square, i.e. you can attack someone in an adjacent square, or in your own square.
It has nothing to do with weapons - but worth noting that it can override weapons - e.g. a Barbarian who uses a reach weapon, still only has reach 1 with Curtain of Steel.

Melee 1 is up to 1 square away.
1 square is 5ft on a side.
So, theoretically, if you're at one corner of your square, and they're at the other corner of a diagonally adjacent square, it'd be 2 *(5 * SQRT(2))

Thank you, this means if a square equals 5ft then the maximum distance of Melee and Melee 1 are 5ft while reach is maximum of 10ft.
Correct me if this scale is wrong but assuming this is what you telling me.

Correct me if this scale is wrong but assuming this is what you telling me.
Your reach is determined by a number of factors. Default is Melee 1. Some weapons have the "reach" property, which adds 1 square to your reach. There are other ways to increase it. Racial traits, feats, powers, and features can temporarily or permanently increase your reach.
If a power says "Melee: Weapon" it can be used against any creature within your reach. If a power says "Melee: X" it can be used against any creature within X squares of you.

As an aside, why are you interested/worried about the conversion to feet?

In feet(s) makes clearer definition and description.
