No.

Okay, that's cool. But I am wondering why, if you could explain?

You generally only add your half-level modifier to d20 rolls that include an ability modifier (for example, you don't add it to saving throws).  Alchemical Items don't use your abilities at all; they have a flat modifier.

From the AV FAQ: "2. Do I add half my level to attack rolls when using Alchemical items? No. You don't add one-half your level to an attack roll from an item or other game element that already includes a level (for example, "your level + 5 vs. Will" or "the item's level + 3 vs. Fortitude") or that gives an attack roll modifier that is only a number ("+10 vs. Reflex," as opposed to "Dexterity vs. Reflex")."

Do armor check penalties for armor and shields stack?

If I'm wearing Plate armor and using a Heavy Shield, is my armor check penalty -2 or -4?

I'm inclined to say -4, because IIRC penalties always stack, but looking for confirmation, because -4 seems harsh.

Yes, it's -4.

Requirement: You must be wielding two melee weapons or a ranged weapon

Attack: Strength vs. AC (melee; main weapon and off-hand weapon) or Dexterity vs. AC (ranged), two attacks

Can I use a weapon with the dwarven thrower enchantment on it to key off the Strength vs AC melee attack for Twin Strike?

I meet the requirement of wielding a ranged weapon, so I can use the power.  It doesn't specifically say you can only use the Strength vs. AC attack if you are wielding a main weapon and off-hand weapon.  To me, it only implies it.

Poor logic/reasoning or loophole?

Actually, it does say that the melee attack is Strength-based and uses a main weapon and an off-hand weapon. That's two weapons.

I built a Hybid Wizard/Warlord with Hybrid Talent Feat of Arcane Implememt Proficiency - Tome Of Readiness and Imbuer background. The background gives the PC the ability to use Creation Type rituals without the full version of the Ritual Caster feat.
Is this correct? and if so does the PC use a regular spelllbook or am I also correct that the tome is a spellbook?

While a tome is a book pe se, Hybrid Wizard does not get the Spellbook class feature, so you're stuck buying a ritual book for 50gp like all the other non-wizard ritual casting schlubs.
