What character builder are these from?
The first 4E offline Character Builder.
The online one does it too. Slightly different layout, I suppose, but all the same stuff.
Yeah, i use that one all the time. I really liked the look of those cards. Slightly clearer to read.

What rule(s) allow extra (typed) damage to add the (typed) keyword to the power the damage is added on to?

You already got this answer on the CO thread.
Just because you don't understand how the relevent rules text answers your question, doesn't mean it doesn't answer your question.
Dealing damage of a specific type as a result of hitting with a power adds that specific typed keyword to that power, regardless of where that typed damage is coming from, and regardless of how it obtained that type.
You may have to just trust us on this if you don't think page 115 of the RC explains it clear enough.

I didn't get the answer to this question over there until after I asked it here.
And what I don't understand is how adding extra damage of a type to extra untyped damage on top of a power's damage adds the extra-extra damage's keyword to the power.
It seems...backwards? Like, the power is inhereting a keyword from something that's added to something else that is then added to the damage roll of the power.
I get that it's the correct ruling, I see how other rules rely on it working that way to function (like resistance, for instance), I just don't see why it seems obvious for the keyword to be inherited that way.
Just confusing. And also feels really cheesy in the specific application I'm dealing with.

Ah, sorry if I was rude then!
I agree, it's a little confusing, but you just have to treat "Extra damage" from any source as a sort of interrupt that retroactively adds that damage to whatever power you're adding it to.
Otherwise all sorts of seemingly unrelated rules break.
What seems cheesy about it?

Does the encounter power of a belt of dwarvenkind stack with a dwarf's innate stand your ground trait? In other words, if I am a dwarf wearing said belt, can I choose to not be moved 2 squares rather than 1 by an effect that would push, pull, or slide me?

Yes because Belt of Dwarvenkind let you ignore 1 square of the forced movement and Stand Your Ground let you move 1 square less than forced movement specifies.

Even if they were worded identically they would stack, since they're not the same named game element.
