It also assumes that 13 is the right damage value for your MM, which seems high unless you're at quite high epic.
Even without feats, it is very easy to get higher than 13 damage on mm even at the start of paragon.
Staff of Missile Mastery L12 +3 L17 +4 Grants an item bonus equal to its enhancement bonus to MM
Magic Missile is at 3+int mod at 11 and you add your implement bonus to it.
So 3+5(int mod)+3(implement)+3(item bonus) gives you 14 damage by 11(since you can have 1 item a level higher).
Now I am not saying it is a good thing to focus on MM just that it is possible.

If your Implement is devoted to making MM good instead of to doing something useful, sure.
But most characters want their implement to do something useful, instead of only boosting Magic Missile.

And, for that matter, if you're still using Wizard's Fury at 17th, you're passing up some options which will actually win fights, for an option which will do some autodamage to fights.

Question about the warlock PP "Astral Ascendant"
Radiant Curse (11th level): Your Warlock’s Curse deals radiant damage. You can deal your Warlock’s Curse’s extra damage to a creature affected by your Warlock’s Curse when an ally hits that creature, but still only once per round.
This feature allows the warlock, to trigger his curse on an allies hit. Now i'm just wondering, how is this damage resolved?
Is it added to the damage the ally who hit dealt?
Is it an independent damage roll caused by the warlock, that is modified by static damage bonuses (like items and feats) of the warlock, that don't need the implement keyword?

Question:
I am wondering if a character wears Tarrasque Plate Armor (resist 5 all) and had the enchantment Adamatine Plating (resist 5 all) are those considered two seperate instances of resistance therefore not stacking? Or since they both come from wearing the armor would they? Additionally would the epic destiny Adamantine Soldier's resist all not stack also?
If this has been answered before I apologize, my search yielded questions about activating powers with resist all or creatures with resistances/vulnerabilities.

If you have multiple instances of a given resistance type (be it all, or a typed damage resistance) only the highest applies.

My character has the Guardian theme and is riding a mount. If a creature triggers the Guardian's Counter power, is there any way I can command the mount to make the free basic attack instead of me? (I suspect no but hope yes.) Also, as part of resolving that power, when I shift, my mount shifts with me, right?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm a little confused about the range on the Warlord power 'Commander's Strike'.
Can you tell any ally to attack an enemy within the ally's meele range, or must it be within your's?
