Does a monk's Flurry of Blows power count as an attack? It's listed as a "Monk Feature" power rather than a "Monk Attack" power and has no attack roll. On the other hand, the PHB FAQ (how official is that?) says anything with a target line that does damage is an attack. Aren't there also utility powers that that would include?

That's monsters, not PCs. Undead PCs don't have the undead keyword.
But there are ways of gaining the Undead keyword.

Well, it is an attack power. RC 90, any power that isn't explicitly labeled attack or utility is an attack power if it has an attack roll or that does damage. So yes FoB is an attack power.

Right, but simply being a Vryloka isn't one of them. Both it and the Revenant detail that their undeadness doesn't actually give them the Undead keyword, they're just treated as Undead (or can be, in the case of Vryloka) if an effect cares about whether they're undead or not. They gain none of the attributes of the Undead keyword.
Vampire, on the other hand, is different, because it does state that you are an undead creature, with a few exceptions.

Ok, we have a Warlock's curse, that's states, that you can add a damage after a successful attack. Than we have auto-damage power, like Armor of Agathys, that deals auto-damage to anyone adjacent. Question is: can you in theory add Warlock's curse damage to Armor of Agathys damage?

Well considering thats not what warlock's curse says, no.
Warlock's Curse works when you hit a target. So anything that you do not roll an attack roll with cannot hit. Thus no curse damage.

Tunnel Fighting!! The creature exits a square to enter an target's square making an attack and hit or miss the movement normally continues but this time an adjacent ally of the target's makes an Opportunity Attack versus the attacker for moving away, exiting an adjacent square. The OA hits with an effect that stopped movement that triggered the OA's.
Ok, the movement stops but since the attacker must be sharing a square to officialized the exiting conditions for the OA so when shifting the attacker out of the sharing squares conditions do I complete the directions of the movement or do I returned the attacker back to the square the attacker exited from.
And if I must returned the attacker back, does the tunneling attack that is triggered by sharing a square with the target happens.
I have been ruling yes then completing the direction of the movement beyond the attack followed by stopping the movement because the exiting away from an adjacent square triggers the OA and triggers of the tunneling attack at the same time.
Am I making the correct ruling? And if I'm incorrect, what is the correct ruling for placement of the attacker after the movement is stopped by an OA hitting with a tunneling attack trigger?

Uh, wow. That's.... really hard to parse. What's your first language - there might be enough native speakers around that posting in both languages might help.
But!
When movement is stopped in an illegal square, the stopped person is rewound and placed in the last legal square they occupied. Time does not reverse, and anything that happened because of the movement still happened - you just put them back in the last place they legally can stand.
Yes, this can be a little silly, but those cases are rare.

as for the former, Huh? but... Oh, Doing the wrong ruling.
Yes, silly and the whole liking of fun, I have three eviscerators-type constructs roaming the dance floor with the privilege to enter a share square to attack without stopping as difficult terrain and a hyperactive two weapon fighter class character recieving instead of giving the chop-a-lot working because the player hasn't figure out that maybe these constructs are better approached in-wait or chase instead of collecting them in adjacents by stopping them in action.
Silly, yep! and a joy to watch too.
Thank You, L.O.W. signed V.

What you are saying is almost, but not quite, English. Are you using Google Translate? That would make sense.
What is your primary language?
If you ALSO include the text you are giving to your translation program, that could help.

My point.
