Actions must be taken one at a time. You can't move two squares, then attack, then move two more squares, then open a door, then move two more squares... Only certain free actions like talking can be taken during the course of another action.

what all can ki foci be applied to?
for example, i'm a (boxing themed) tempest human fighter pmc ranger with elemental initiate theme so my unarmed attacks go up to d6. ki foci can't be applied to standard unarmed attacks, right?
Yes, they can.
Another day, another three or four entries to my Ignore List.

Character Builder still has some bugs... (and we all should send bug reports when we spot one) Maybe you found one!
Most powers/items/etc that give bonus to attacks usually say "bonus to attack roll" or "bonus to damage roll". This means that the bonus is only applied when there's a roll... if, for example, a certain power inflicts fixed damage that doesn't require a roll, then the "bonus to damage roll" is not applied.
I recently discovered a bug regarding Resplendent Gloves... The item has the following property: "the attack deals 2 extra damage". It doesn't mention rolls, so the bonus should apply always when an attack deals damage (whether it's rolled or fixed). Character Builder is only applying that bonus to powers that require a roll for damage. I didn't test if this was happening only to this item or others with the same property, but I've reported it to CS.
Cheers, Bruno

I'm slightly confused about Feral Hide Armor's effect. At first I thought it just gave me an extra option for melee basic attacks, but the character builder is listing it at the top of each power card. For reference, here's the property in question:
Gain a claw attack while wearing this armor: a one handed military light blade melee weapon with +3 proficiency bonus to attack rolls and deals 1d8 damage. The wearer gains proficiency with this weapon. The claw attack has an enhancement bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls equal to the enhancement bonus of this armor. This attack counts as a melee basic attack.

The last line is unnecessary. The armor gives you a weapon (+3 prof, one-handed, military light blade, d8 damage), and you can use it for any weapon attack you desire.

scenario : PC is attacked by two statues with the same attack. This attack on a hit does damage but more importantly causes the victim to be restrained and have 10 ongoing damage (save ends both). The PC is hit once by each statue.
Question: Does the PC now have restrained and 10 ongoing damage (save ends both) x2 with a saving throw vs each and an instance of ongoing damage from each ?
Or, does it not stack and instead the PC only has one instance of restrained and 10 ongoing even though he was hit by two different sources (2 statues) that give the same effect ?

I am wondering if there is any information on inherent bonuses and extra damage when critical hits occur? Also the Item Feral Armor gives the player a magic weapon but does not list any critical value. is there any inherent benefit to critical hits when the character has an enhancement bonus if there is nothing listed on an item?

Yeah, in the DSCS update, it is +1d6 per increase, and yes, it applies to all hits.
