Hello All,
I had the following question posed to me by one of my players. He is playing a Warlord.
-----------------------------------------------
When I give a bonus to damage to another PC on their attack, does it become the damage type of the attack used or is it my damage type?
Example: I gave a bonus to damage to the cleric and he used a radiant damage attack, does my bonus to damage given become radiant?
-------------------------------------------------
I'm not exactly sure what the answer would be. Any help would be great.

Yes. If the attack power does radiant damage, then all the damage is radiant including bonus damage from magic weapons, Warlord buffs, feats, and so forth.

Thanks for the reply. That's what we thought, but wanted to make sure.

Unless, of course, it says otherwise. Using a radiant weapon power with a frost weapon will deal either radiant or cold damage, depending on if the character activated the weapon's damage-swap power, but the bonus damage from the weapon's daily power will always be cold damage.
