I understand what bonus' stack and dont stack. What Im unsure about is when is a bonus a certain type.
Is EVERY bonus from a power a 'power bonus' or does the text actually have to spell it out?
PH pg 145 - Commander's Strike: "....+ your Int modifier". Is this even a bonus?
PH pg 144 - Tactical Presence: "...ally gains a bonus to the attack roll equal to one-half your Int modifier". This bonus does not say 'power' before the bonus but it is from a class feature so is it a Power Bonus?
PH pg 147 - Warlord's Strike: "..your allies gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls against the target.". This is a bonus granted by a power, but does that make it a 'Power Bonus' or just untyped?

The text actually has to spell it out. Most feats grant feat bonuses, most powers grant power bonuses... but there are also feats and powers that grant untyped bonuses.
