LOL. None of Daily powers can kill a solo monster. This is an exception. i don't want to take time for a cleric who roll dies 50 times and kill a monster, then go to rest and make combo againt. There will be players who will do this and thats realy freakin' me out. Mayby wizards will do sth with that prayer. No healing, regeneration allowed? Thats kind good solution I think.

I think the "DM summons XXXX" is the best solution of all. I mean, if you're doing this against Orcus, he's going to have something ready. Perhaps some contingency that if he can't move for more than 2 minutes that he summons a couple of Balors.

Once per 6 hour rest, can't do it twice within 12 hours (that's the limit on long rests right?)
Yeah.
I'm with Wizardmon.
That and the blades-thing are not ba-roken and something to be panicking over. For one, even though most things can run fine without a DM for the foreseeable future, there will be a DM. DM will manage this by making an interesting encounter.
And really, compared to basic 3.5 core we're WAY away from Shapechange, Candle of Invocation ... and I don't need to bring up Dark Speech, Manipulate Form or Skill Focus (Speak Language) do I?

Well out of the 8 level 26+ solo monsters I'd have to pick Runescribed Dracolich to throw against this power
Runescribed Retaliation (immediate interrupt, when the runescribed dracolich is targeted by a ranged attack; at-will) The runescribed dracolich makes an attack against the attacking creature; +34 vs. Will; on a hit, the runescribed dracolich redirects the attack to a target of its choice within 5 squares of it.
Try it and you could end up hitting your own ally.

Evilly delicious. Well... I try:embarrass (this smiley is supposed to be embarrassed?)
Also, for the BC fanatics, there's an immediate interrupt at-will for melee.
And how is Orcus supposed to be the most powerful monster again

Uh, the power is not without risk. It automatically damages the user. Did you miss that part?
And it takes 50 turns to kill a solo. Are you seriously concerned about a power that slow? No, you missed the part where Divine Regeneration cancels all the damage the cleric receives. And it does not take 50 rounds, the power can be sustained for 50 rounds. The enemy can die a lot quicker.
And why is "its just once per day" a redeeming factor? At that level the party has access to Magnificent Mansion and can rest whenever they want. 15 minute workday.

could always just roleplay in, since the demigod is being watched, that whenever he pulls this combo some big baddy from beyond pops in some little munchkins to mess with him... that or let him have his one kill then mock him for being cheesy the rest of the night. then again you could always have the monster roll well and make the save... you do have a screen dont you, lol.

Well if you can bloody the Tarrasque with that tactic you can then force it to surrender with a intimidate check. Only in the hands of a bad DM. No way an Intimidate check (I dont care what the PH says) forces the Tarrasque to surrender.
