About the theme Iron Wolf Warrior:
1) Iron Wolf Charge neither got the Weapon, nor the Implement keyword. How is it supposed to be useful without any keyword that can push its chance to hit? Just wondering, cause all the Attack Power Swaps got the weapon keyword.
Roll 20s?
So a totally rubbish Power is working as intended?
It's still extra damage on a charge with a chance at a little light control for very little opportunity cost.

So, Fake Skald... whats this all about?
What goes into creating one? Would i just go for say a Tiefling, or some other race, and try to get a MBA and take the "best" Skald powers?
Any good builds floating around i could reference?
I'm getting ready to make a back-up character for a home game and have never really given the Bard a real chance and have never played a Tiefling.

I would give it the standard +3/6/9 scaling on the secondary attack.

Speaking of wardens, does anyone know anything interesting you can spend surges on? I start the day with 17 of the fool things, and by the end, even with the amount of damage I take and shuffling of surges via comrade's succor, I end up with 7 or 8.
There are only two items I can find with the Healing Surge usage restriction on a power. Bloodcut armor as previously mentioned, and Bracers of Rejuevenation, which are just awful. But you could dump a lot of surges into those bracers if you were so inclined. I'm just not sure how they could be better than Iron Armbands.

It refers to a bard who took the Skald Training feat, and at least one of the Skald "if you hit with an MBA, ally in aura gets cookie" powers. And yes, then an MBA that's worth optimizing around.
Mine's an elf Avenger|Skald, but for fun and games, I've also build Warlock|Skalds, and Warlord|Skalds. The Warlord|Skald looks like a bit of a beast... a straight Fake-Skald looks like it's just gonna be bitter it's not a bard on a regular basis.

No. Either your Ki Focus works and your weapon is treated as nonmagical, or your magic weapon works and you don't get your Ki Focus bonuses.
One or the other.
