i searched the compendium but it is rather dificult. are there feats out there that give untiped attboni?
What the hell is an attboni?
Attack Bonuses. I can understand the confusion since, even if Bonii were the correct pluralization, it'd have two i's.
Either that or.... I don't know what.

Forgot to answer the question. For the most part: No. There is the standard Expertise which gives a feat bonus. The rest is usually tied up in class features, specific PPs, etc.

There are feats that give untyped attack bonuses, but they're all conditional. Nimble Blade, for instance, gives an untyped +1 to hit, but only while you have combat advantage and are attacking with a light blade. There aren't any feats that just give a constant +1 untyped bonus to hit.

Can a creature target itself, when using a close burst 5 power, that targets one creature in the burst? The power in question is "Divine Strength". Could a paladin grant himself a saving throw with it?

Not unless the power specifically says 'you or one ally/creature in the burst' in its Target: line. By default, bursts do not target their caster.
And I think you mean Divine Mettle. Which does not target you, so you cannot use it to allow yourself a saving throw.

I guess you mean Divine Mettle? The answer is no, if you could then close burst all creatures in burst would target the caster of the spell. "Unless a power description notes otherwise, a close burst you create does not affect you. However, an area burst you create does affect you. A burst affects a target only if there is line of effect from the burst’s origin square to the target." Published in Player's Handbook, page(s) 272.
My level 20 LFR paladin was annoyed when I learned this rule.

Thanks for your replies, i meant divine mettle. I usually play leaders and only now do i understand the difference between close bursts, that target "you or one ally in burst" or "one creature in burst".

Is there any way to recycle Racial Powers? In particular I was looking to get a Genasi racial back.

I have two questions concerning the ritual Dark Light.
1) Does the caster have to have low-light vision in order to avoid any vision penalties inside the light, or does the "you can see everything clearly" line exempt you from that requirement?
2) If you have this ritual cast, and you are in an area with a brighter light source, are you still considered in "dim-light" for other game purposes?
Thanks in advance.
