I know that Righteous Radiance is practically useless and Defender Aura has no support. But -2 to hit for all adjacent enemies that don't target you is still nice on a defender. I'm not asking why it isn't on every build and considered OP, I'm asking what makes it bad, or at least not good, to the point where I have literally never seen this feat mentioned before.
As pointed out, Battle Awareness is top-tier. If you're not a Fighter, why aren't you getting this? Defender aura has no support and has Str/Cha 13 as a prereq. Given that prereq, you could qualify for Soldier of Faith. Having Divine Challenge means some very strong support, particularly for mass-marking types - not to mention, many Defenders can potentially double punish with DC. You need to be adjacent to the monster.
Now look at the Defenders: Battlemind - wants the Soldier of Faith support, either doesn't want to invest in Cha or doesn't want to invest in Str. Can Blurred Step or Mind Spike a DC target Fighter - wants the Soldier of Faith support. Can combat challenge a DC target. Swordmage - the Swordmage wants a 20 Int and investing in both Str/Wis is expensive for them. Maybe it works for the Swordmage who marks one target, moves up to another target, and does Booming Blade. Warden - doesn't like investing in Cha and they ought to be auto-marking anyone next to them regardless.
I'd rate it Purple in most cases. It really is kind of corner-case unless you're a class that is typically not a Defender who wants it to mimic a Defender. An Iron Soul Monk with super-high defenses who then prevents targets from shifting away from him as an example. - either they attack the really high defense monk, they provoke at a penalty or they move away from him and provoke.
And most of them want Soldier of Faith first anyway...

Are there restrictions on combining feats like Superior Will and Epic Will?

No. Epic is untyped so it would stack.

Totally forgot about that one. Yeah, it's not so much that Squire of Righteousness is bad, it's just completely overshadowed by the other options (hence purple).
I am okay with you saying my argument is stupid, or commits the munchkin fallacy, or any other bad thing you want. Particularly if you give a reason/explanation for it.
However, I will ignore any post that calls me stupid, or a munchkin, or what have you. Not because it bothers me; I've just found that people only start name-calling when that's the best argument they have left.

Manticore's Volley: If all three attacks hit, is that 5[W] or 6[W]? I.e., is it 3(1[W]+mods)+2[W], or 3(1[W]+mods)+3[W]?

Questions regarding Spiked Gautlets and Talids: For the home campaign I'm in my fighter (knight) needs to cover his hands (problems holding normal rope). Since I need him to get something to protect his hands I thought that he might just as well get some spiked gauntlets or talids since he can't afford any good enough hands slot magic items at the moment. Hence, no need for the otherwise reasonable argument that he would not benefit from using them etc. So, the questions:
1. Can I choose to use the gauntlets for an attack rather than the sword if I wear them while wielding a shield and a sword? 2. Can I enchant the spiked gauntlets with normal hands slot items (e.g. strikebacks)? Talids have an explicit line that they can be enchated as hands slot items or as magic weapons (where the weapon version does not use the hands slot item) while the gauntlets state that it occupies the hands slot item when enchanted. 3. Can non-enchanted spiked gauntlets be worn with magic hands slot items (e.g. Strikebacks+gauntlets at the same time)? 4. Are there any weapon enchantments I should look for if I go the Spiked Gauntlets route? Any weapons with a good property that could fit on weapons in the unarmed group and be better than e.g. strikebacks.
A last one not related to the mechanics: 5. Are there any significant flavor differences between talids and spiked gauntlets (such as one not covering the whole hand; I am not concerned about differences in material)? Much easier to customize the description if I know what I change (and some similarity with the original is good for my imagination).

Outside of whetstones and Malec Keth Janissary, is there a way to add both fire and cold to a power (arcane admixture can take care of one, the second is the difficult part)?

If you can afford strikebacks, why not just get them in normal gloves and avoid the wackiness?
Genasi with Shocking Flame and Winterfury.

Depends somewhat on whether it's an implement, melee, or ranged power. Each category has some different restrictions on what you can slap onto it. And, within those categories, there are restrictions on which weapons or implements can carry which enchantments.
It's pretty easy to do for melee attacks in paragon play with shocking flame (genasi), honorable blade pp (dragonborn), or... I can't remember the name of it, but there's a monk PP as well.

Can't afford strikebacks yet for quite some time, and trying to figure out what to use until then. Also, getting normal unenchanted gloves or gauntlets would sure solve the fundamental problem. Getting some kind of mechanics included is just a bonus.
Edit: If or when I have some money left after buying more high-priority things Gauntlets of Blood would probably be a nice thing until I can get strikebacks.
