Is there a way to get additional THP on top of the THP granted by another source instead of replacing the former THP value as usual? An item? A feat? Anything?
Closest thing is Battlerager class feature, but it specifically only works with itself and only at the same the THP are gained.
So no.

What is the exact wording of Spiked Chain Training?
What does it do to a spike chain?

You gain proficiency with the spiked chain. You can treat the spiked chain as a double weapon. As a double weapon, each end of the spiked chain is a light blade and deals 2d4 damage. The primary end gains the stout property, and the secondary end gains the off-hand property.

Thanks to the guys who answered my question. I am not much of an optimizer. I like builds that look cool or have a gimic but wanted to make sure I was not shooting my self in the foot. Or the NADs.

No you can not. You have to attack with a polearm, and DB does not have a weapon keyword, or implement for that matter.

If I hit multiple enemies with my DB and do sneak attack damage to all, and make it rattling, would the tHP gained from this attack be considered given at the same time? Would I get my CHA mod x number of enemies hit in tHP? Strong-arm Enforcer: Vicious Courage (11th level): When you hit with a rattling attack and have combat advantage against the target, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier. Disheartening Ambush Paragon TierPrerequisite: 11th level, rogue, Sneak Attack class feature Benefit: Whenever you would deal Sneak Attack damage, you can forgo one die of that damage to give your attack the rattling keyword. Dragon Breath Scoundrel Paragon TierPrerequisite: 11th level, dragonborn, rogue, Sneak Attack class feature Benefit: When you use your dragon breath racial power, you can expend your Sneak Attack for this round to deal your Sneak Attack damage to each enemy you hit that is granting combat advantage to you.

No, you resolve attacks sequentially. You could make them all rattling though. There was a hybrid Rogue|Sorc (Revenant Dragonborn) that tried to get the concept off the ground, didn't work. To feat intensive.

Hitting, which is the triggering event on Vicious Courage, is a multi-instanced event when attacking even though dice are often simultaneously rolled. You don't hit 3 times, you hit and then hit and then hit. No THP Stacking, so Sensate remains your best method.

thanks for the answers... I guess at the higher levels, you could just go cold/cold and take Delbanian vambraces, and just free action take 5 cold damage that can not be resisted. I have been trying to find ways to damage self without Nusemnee's, and not hitting myself with the DB. I've been told that the Shadowrift blade's self damage can not be made elemental. Also, Ignition can't be taken as an O-sorc. Flame seed needs druid and Wis, and cloud of daggers needs wiz.
