Thanks for your answers, one more time. Got another question tho: Is Multiclassing Monk the only way to get Bountiful Seconds from Eternal Seeker? And if it is, why? I don't have the Psionic Power Rulebook and the Character Builder doesn't give many insight. Thx in advance.

Q: Is there a way to get my human twinstriking ranger to attack AC less often (other than pick encounter powers that don't target AC)? Heroic options seem nonexistant but if possible I would prefer a paragon option to an epic one (although if both exist options dont hurt).
Currently working on making a Dex based defender. Check it out hereSpoiler:

you have to be a member of any psionic class to qualify for master of moments and you have to qualify for master of monents to poach bountiful seconds via eternal seeker.
so no monk mc isnt the only way, but its probably the best way for you.
or you could just buy a ring of free time.

Are there any LFR adventures that hand out Pelor's Sun Blessing, and if so, how many levels does it last for?
I was thinking about making a Morninglord Avenger build.

Was looking at Luckbringer of Tymora, and noticed this on the E11: Secondary Target: Each enemy in the burst. Attack: Wisdom vs. Will Hit: All enemies in the burst take a –5 penalty to all defenses until the end of your next turn. Each enemy in the burst gets targetted, but by RAW, you only need to hit one for all enemies to take the penalty. Of course, SameNameElement doesn't stack, but only needing to hit one is pretty nifty. Am I reading it right, since the Hit line notes "all enemies" instead of "the target"?
This is CharOp. We not only assume block-of-tofu monsters, but also block-of-tofu DMs.

You're already refluffing, what not refluff to something that doesn't suck?

It does look to work that way. Perhaps that is why they call it the Luckbringer.

The level 20 encounter (yes, encounter) power on that PP is actually pretty nice as well.

The only defence-targetting changes I'm aware of that would be accessible to you would be for basics - which you may use occasionally with Throw and Stab - but in general, the answer is no.
