The power gains both the Fire and Radiant keywords when you attack because of Radiant One even though only one target is granting you CA (and only that target will take the Extra Damage).
Because the power has the Radiant keyword, any targets you hit will gain Vuln 10 Radiant because of Morninglord.

Actually, RAW, any time you roll dice for damage is a "damage roll." So, yes, extra damage can add a damage roll, because extra damage is still part of the same damage instance. This is a topic that people feel very strongly about though and most people think it probably isn't RAI.
That is about as debatable as things can possibly get on these forums. You are not a rules source nor are you a legal expert, so it's a bit misleading for you to call it RAW when the concensus doesn't exist.
"Expect Table Variation"
Definition of a damage roll: rolling dice for damage. So, RAW, no, there is no debate and in all the endless threads about the topic, no one has put up a credible RAW argument that deals with the definition in the RC. Plus the vast majority who claim it is "broken" actually conceded the RAW point last time it came up. So my summary was accurate.
And "think it probably isn't RAI" is equivalent to "expect table variation." Though I'd probably put it more succinctly as "expect houserules."

It doesn't, really. It still functions as a regular magical weapon, but you can't make use of its property nor most of its crit effect. This is because two-handed weapons do not possess the off-hand weapon quality (even if you wield them in both hands). Ergo, you have no off-hand weapon when wielding a two-handed heavy blade.

What is the point of grabbing superior implements, such as a Crystal Orb, when magic implements quickly become better than the superior implement in question?

Superior implements can be enchanted like a normal implement. Their bonuses are in addition to whatever properties of powers an enchantment might have. That's why it costs a feat to use them.

I'm new to this. Is it usual to expect to be able to enchant a superior implement? (i.e. to have enough gp for the job).
Because at the moment I am looking at an unused crystal orb proficiency, due to a basic magic +2 orb being better in every respect. And I imagine the odds of finding a magic crystal orb are rather small.

The normal assumption is that the Magic Orb you found IS a Magic Crystal Orb.

In fact, once you get into magic implements, there is no cost difference to move to superior implement versions (in other words, a Crystal Magic Orb +2 costs 1800, same as a Magic Orb +2). Every game I've been in we've either handed in wish lists or just been given a pile of gold and a large city to spend it in. The normal assumption is that all that magic gear you get is of types that are useful to your party (indeed, exactly what you wanted, almost like you planned it), so you aren't selling it for pennies on the dollar to buy the stuff you actually need (like say, a magic version of your superior implement).
