So, before I hybrid swordmage|warlock, Q; is there anyway to get an at-will power as a melee basic attack, as a non-hybrid swordmage, and not a half-elf?

Take Intelligent Blademaster and just use 'melee basic attack'.

Add Mark of Storm and a Lightning weapon to your MBA. Combos like a fake at-will power with the slide.

Under the traits of the Fey Beast Tamer's fey beasts there's noted for example, that "allies gain a +2 power bonus to damage rolls vs enemies in the aura". Does this include your own character? Or just the other players?

It includes you - it refers to allies of the fey beast, not allies of you. It doesn't apply to the beast itself.

Hi
I'm new to making strikers.
I made a striker whos powers have the Implement keyword and a striker whos powers have the martial weapon keywords.
Am I right that the striker whos powers have the martial weapon keywords will always have a +3 attack bonus over the striker whos powers have the Implement keyword since they will be using weapons that give +3 proficiencies to their attacks?
This seems to GREATLY favor martial weapon strikers.
Is there anyway to increase the attack bonuses of a striker whos powers have the Implement keyword other than magic Ki Focus items & Ki Focus Expertise?

Powers with the Weapon keyword get the proficiency bonus of the weapon used with them, but usually target AC.
Powers with the Implement keyword do not got a proficiency bonus, but usually target a non armor defense.
So it usually evens out.
It gets great when you can target a non armor defense with a Weapon. A +1 to hit is considered worth a feat to CharOp under (most) normal circumstances. So something like Deft Blade which lets you target Reflex instead of AC on basic attacks with a light blade? That can be a big boost in accuracy, and why it is considered so highly.
This is CharOp. We not only assume block-of-tofu monsters, but also block-of-tofu DMs.
One reach cheese'd threatening reach Spiked Chain shuts down any non-teleporting quarterback.
You're already refluffing, what not refluff to something that doesn't suck?

Implement Strikers will usually be using a Superior Implement of some kind (Accurate usually, for the +1 to hit), which helps as well (equivalent to many of the +3 prof and bonuses Superior weapons). Targeting Reflex or Will is usually something like an effective +2 or +3 to the attack compared to targeting AC.

In case that wasn't entirely clear, monsters Fort, Ref, and Will are usually 2-3 points lower then their AC. Sometimes much lower (5-6 points), though in some rare cases they are even or even more rarely Fort is actually a little higher. So in theory Weapon Proficiency just barely makes up for the difference.
In actual practice, weapon users are usually more accurate, but that isn't strictly for the reasons you're thinking.
