Quick question, if you have the feat "Bludgeon expertise" does that make the power "Driving Atack" almost useless??

Nope. You don't have to push the target as far as you're capable. You can always choose to reduce the amount of forced movement you cause.
So for the first attack, you only push him one, and when you hit with the second, you push him 3.
... congratulations, Monkeygentleman. You won the unwinnable.
| monkeygentleman, you are the worst thing to happen to the CharOp forums since Mearls took over WotC.

Depends. If you can find a way to extend your melee reach for the attack, you can make the secondary attack no problem. However, the easiest way of doing that (a Reach weapon) isn't available to Hammers, so you need to find some other way to do it.
In general, though, Driving Attack is pretty useless with Hammers thanks to the specific limit on how many squares you can shift after the first attack.
However, if you talk with your DM, he might allow you to shift an extra square to make the secondary attack to compensate for the increased push distance. That's houserule territory, though, and the RAW is pretty clear that the secondary attack can't be made if you can't reach the target.
EDIT: Or you could go with monkey's advice and not push the full 2. Can't believe I blanked on that. >.<

Master at ArmsBenefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to the attack rolls of weapon attacks. The bonus increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at 21st level. Also, you can use a minor action to sheathe a weapon and then draw a weapon.
Will sheathing a heavy shield count?

Since a shield is not a weapon, no.

Playing a Sentinel Druid. Does World Serpent's Grasp work if my Bear hits the slowed or immobiliezed target?

A Seeker loads a Foe-Seeker Arrow and then uses Feyjump Shot. He misses the first shot, and uses normal ammunition for the second shot, which hits. Next round, he uses a minor action to repeat the first attack. It hits- does this hit, the round after Feyjump Shot was initially used, satisfy the Feyjump Shot rider requirement that both attacks hit their target?

Questions about playing as an animal:
Building a character for a new player (also new to DnD) that wants to be a dog. All the time. Looks like my options are Hengeyokai (whose animal form is pretty useless), Werewolf theme (and assume they're always in animal form), or Beast-form Druid. Anything I'm missing? I'd like to keep the character simple, so a decent melee basic and some utility powers is all that's really necessary. Thanks!
Apologies if there's a thread covering this that I missed.

This won't really work out well in 4e. Were theme after level 10 is the only good option, really.
