I am still less than impressed by level 30 broken combos. There's something to be said for the first 29 levels, you know.
Actually the broken combos start at lvl 15 and I guess we will eventually see them even earlier

The 275 text on untyped bonuses state that these bonuses "add together with other bonuses you have, including other untyped bonuses."
Presumably, they don't stack with the same untyped bonus.
I'd read that to say that your resounding warlords could get a +2 bonus to each of fort, will, and reflex... but not infinite non-ac defenses.

That doesn't work. Pray for More specifically says you must "use the result of the second roll". Rolling more times won't help you.
Of course it works, only that the second roll is further modified.
First Roll
Second Roll -> First Roll
-> Second Roll -> First Roll
-> -> Second Roll -> First Roll
... You see, you always use the second roll.
