I am sure this is old news by now, but is this accurate?

The Demigod (Epic Desiny) power for lvl 30 is Divine Miracle which states When you have expended your last remaining encounter power, you regain the use of one encounter power of your choice. In this way, you never run out of encounter powers.

The Elven Accuracy power is an Encounter Power that is useable as a Free Action with Effect: Reroll an attack roll. Use the second roll, even if it's lower.

So essentially, couldn't you just keep using Divine Miracle on Elven Accuracy (assuming it was your last encounter power) and keep rerolling until you crit?

Hey, that's pretty awesome! The only thing that I can imagine would stop this would be if you can't use Elven Accuracy on an Elven Accuracy reroll. If the reroll is still considered an attack roll though, it looks solid.

Wow... A new broken combo seems... Even if your DM doesn't let you reroll elven accuracy's rerolls it's way too powerfull to simply roll twice every hit...

Going strictly by RAW, you use only the second roll so any rolls after that would be useless.

The other problem that could stop this is if the demigod ability can be used over and over again. I would say the wording of the power implys that it's okay, but if class abilities have some sort of limitation, then it might limit this trick. Also, the demigod power does NOT distinguish whether or not Racial Powers are allowed with this, which leaves it up in the air: it's accepted that Attack Powers are included whenever a 'power' is referenced, but it is not made clear whether Racial Powers are included.

If it does work... Arg.

By RAW it works at least for one reroll per hit...
That is really ugly, expecially becouse you can still use your encounter powers while spamming Elven Accuracy...

For Example, a wizard can use his last encounter power (example: chain lightening) and miss it. Becouse he has no more encounter powers left, he can recharge Elven accuracy and reroll the chain lightening attack.
The round after he can recharge chain lightening (or another encounter power) and fire it again (using again Elven Accuracy if needed), and so over untill the battle is over...

I want add one thing... Maybe even more broking... to this scenario:

Second Chance + Divine recovery = Unhittable ???

That is even more broking than Elven Accuracy abuse... :D
