I guess in you Campian, you can make deitys however you want, but it sound more to me your changeing he alienment.

Read the sorrowsworn and shadar-kai descriptions again, and again, and again, until it sinks in that these are not nice people and that I have not described her as being anything worse than what she already is.

Well, considering Vampires are evil and basicly have nothing more then shells sustaining there life with others life force, I would rather be dead. Considering I have honor that is

You can be honorable and be a vampire, easily. Not all monsters are of the default alignment (metallic dragons anyone?) and evil creatures are differentiated from chaotic evil ones by the fact that chaotic evil creatures care about nothing save themselves, which means evil characters can, indeed, care about things beyond themselves. Certainly, they don't think of themselves as evil and would think anyone trying to cut their life short as being evil.

the Raven Queen is an unaligned DEATH godess and as such should oppose undeath as a break in the life cycle.

She does generally oppose free-roaming undead, but again, there is evidence that proves her servants use undead (namely death knights).

This would be my suggestion. Very close to Orcus, but with a different flavour. She weakenes her enemies over time, and when she is bloodied, she gets really angry.
Edit: I thought about giving her immunity against radiant, but the realised that I would kill all kinds of Paladins and clerics. So she just got high resistance to radiance.

The Raven Queen Level 38 Solo Artillery
Medium immortal humanoid (God) XP 395.000

Inititiave +26 Senses Perception +32, Darkvision
Shroud of the Inevitable End: Aura (20); An enemy in the aura affected by a healing power receives only the half ammount of HP

HP 1560 ; Bloodied 780

Good point. I added something. Now when she is not bloodied, she uses her aspect of fate, when bloodied, she uses her aspect of death.
