Has anyone made or found a sheet for stating up monsters/npcs? I could really use one. Tweaking the level of a monster doesnt require much, but applying templates or stating up completely new monsters and npcs could use a sheet, even if its an abbreviated sheet with two (or more) to the page.

I am currently looking for one myself. As I have a number of NPC's that are going to run with the party and want to build some as antagonists. This is becoming a frustrating point for me.
