That thing has more legs now - four or five instead of three.
Also, it's either a huge-sized one (called neo-otyugh in some earlier editions) or else it eats dead babies. :P

I don't even know what a Deathpriest Hierophant is, but I want one!
This might be the best art I've seen so far and that's impressive because I really like the Gith art. What do you all think?
I dunno I kinda liked him better in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

HAHAHA, funny, first time i saw the pics i also thought of Indiana Jones.
For DimitriX:
the Deathpriest Hierophant should be something similar to a basic evil character with Hierophant prestigue class. In 3rd Hierophant can cast at 30' his touch spell, that was giving nasty bestow curse and pretty neat healing spells. Since this is 4e picture i guess it's going to be either a Hierophant prestigue class flavor image or maybe a monster called Deathpriest Hierophant which will have similar abilities of a hierophan we know.

From the little teaser image I thought it was a Mud Maw. Should have realised an Otyugh was more likely.
I also assumed the guy with the horns was a Kali priest. Beats me what they really are though. A lich and something else?

Finally! The Otyugh looks like something I'll be using in my campaign. I always had an impossible time making it look that cool in my head.

The new otyugh is as awesome as the new harpy is atrocious. The otyugh is genuinely frightening, and the new harpy is completely bereft of character. Not all female monsters need to be hot. Some of them should exemplify the other side of the fairer sex.

 the one on the right is clearly a Hezrou, and the one on the left is probably a Goristro. I can't figure out what the one in the middle is. Something new?
