Here is my completed Martial Striker, the Dreadnought. A warrior who charges in swinging the biggest weapon he can hold.
And my newest Paragon path, the Auspicious Opportunist, a class who relies on luck to acheive victory. He has no role and specializes in Action Points.

I'm heading off to college tomorrow and, thanks to an issue with the school-mandated laptop program, I won't have any access to a computer until next Monday at the earliest. Just wanted to let you know so if you post something before then you don't think I've abandoned the thread.

When you get the chance, I just want to note that I've got a role for my Summoner - Controller, and to ask that you move the Lancer into the Controller category.

For any that might read this, I'd like to make a Paragon Path request. One of my players is a cleric of Kelemvor and we think it'd be cool for him to be a Doomguide.
My thought is the Doomguide would be a Divine Paragon Path for Cleric and Paladin.

I would love to see a variant on the summoner that is a defender. They summon a "tanking" monster and, sharing actions with that monster, have to use it to tank while protecting their primary character.

Actually, mine works fairly close to that. Shared Actions, the summoner is always benefitted when the summon takes an attack for him. The secondary role of the class is defender, and if you pumped Constitution, and added some armor the class would be quite a bit tougher than the typical wizard.

By the way, if anyone wants to try out a program that will automatically format classes for you, whether for here or for your own use, you can try the DM's Toolkit, recently released by Leichenreiter and myself.

the name of the Battle Sorceror has changed. Rnamed Fury Sorceror because it was sounding too close to Swordmage.
Now if only the topic itself would rename *shrug*

My Dreadnought, Sorcerous Sentinal, and Blue Mage are finished.
Additionally, here is my Gambler, a person with uncanny luck who has a tendency to rely on it a bit too much.

As the player I had been designing it for is no longer to be participating in my game for the present, my Ki Defender Monk can be considered an abandoned project. However, I would like to submit my new Paragon Path of The Player as a "work in progress". I would not have catagorised it as fitting in to any definite role.

I have a few Paragon Paths I have created using the DM's Toolkit. I have posted in that thread, by the way, wondering when the next version is coming out since it's now a month behind. Also, I have an issue with the Skills tab on the Custom Class applet.
Let me know what you guys think of these. I threw the Necromancer together in no time at all, so it might need some tweaking. I'm really happy with the Paragon Half-Elf and the Rose Seeker.

Hi, my first 4th ed PP: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.ph … st17901565 The Hawkeye Archer PP requires an elven ranger beastmaster (raptor) (most for flavor, you could change it to fit your campaign) and is of course a matrial striker :D

Kudos on the formatting of this thread, all the info is presented really well.
I was wondering if you would post my two classes, both are WIP at the moment; the links are in my sig:D

You can slap that shameful 'A' of 'abandonned' on my classes next time you update (if you remember). I haven't worked on them in way too long and I think I went at this from the wrong angle.
I got a new exciting concept in mind but I can't start until I find a name for it XD

I'd like to ask that you remove my classes from your lists please. Due to people continuing to host them on file-sharing sites, despite me asking that they not be, they are no longer available.

If anyone wants to give me any feedback on the updated version, that would be helpful. I want to get it as balanced as possible before presenting it to my DM. ^_^
For list purposes, it should go under the Defender role (it defends allies by being VERY dangerous to a marked enemy), and is Arcane and Divine power source.
MegaMan Class now has Feats section. I may add more feats/powers or tweak some stuff, but it is, for all intents and purposes, completed. Also, this is pretty specialized for a PP (it's basically designed specifically for my character), but I made a S
A few of you may have seen this before, but I've created a in-depth utility for creating powers, classes and power cards. It's called the 4e Power Toolkit.
I plan to add my own custom classes, perhaps one a month. But it'd be great to see some of the excellent content you guys have made here on the site too. In fact, I'd be more than happy to start converting the classes in this thread to the 4e Power Toolkit format and uploading them - with permission from the creators, of course.

The website won't let me download or view the Necromancer class. Is it broken (the website, I mean?)

Why is my Tyrant listed under Leader? It's supposed to be a Controller. :( Oh, and I noticed I gave a screwy link for it, so here's the actual link: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.ph … st18998144
I did have help revising it, so credit should also go to Stabtar for helping.

VOLLEY Ranged Volley [number]: A volley is a special ranged attack that can only be made with a ranged projectile weapon that uses ammunition. The area of a volley is the indicated number of squares on each side and every square of the volley must fall within the normal range for the weapon usedto make the attack. You may include any square you occupy as part of the volley area, but if you do so, you cannot target your own square. Your square is always considered the origin square of the attack; You must have line of effect from your square to the target creature in the volley, the target gains no cover benefit from intervening creatures but otherwise gains normal benefits from cover, concealment, and range penalties.
When performing a volley attack you cannot normally make more than one attack against the same target unless the power indicates you can do so. You need one piece of ammunition for each target, if you do not have enough ammunition you cannot make the attack. When making a volley attack, you must make a separate attack roll against each target in the volley, but you make a single damage roll that affects all the targets.
Some volley attacks may specify that they must be within a certain number of squares. In such a case, at least one square of the volley must be within the indicated range, but the entire volley area must still be within normal range for your weapon. If the volley creates a zone, the zone can remain effective only as long as at least one square of the zone is within the specified range and within line of effect of you at the end of your turn, if no range is specified when creating or sustaining a zone effect, then the range is assumed to be the normal range of your weapon.
