Not quite. I just moved some of my musings out of the bruiser itself and into its design notes section, but I'd say it's about at "first draft" status, at least. I'm not sure I'll be able to finish it until the actual system comes out, but that probably goes for most paths. First draft is good enough for me.
Incidentally, the bruiser and scrapper were both defenders, or at least that's what I was thinking when I designed them. The scrapper and guardian fencer are a little more defendery on their face because I was designing the bruiser with the expectation that it'd already have marking features and fighter utilities going in, and whatnot. Okay; I'll move them. The Bruiser I put as a Striker because there wasn't a marking-type thing there already, as you said, and the Scrapper...is in the Striker section due to a sloppy cut-and-paste job.

Paragon Paths are here, and Epic Destinies are here.
The Destinies use the 3e rules, and they said only 1 of them is actually going to be in 4e, but common consensus is that they wouldn't come up with them and commission new art just for the one article, when everything else has used actual 4e art and such. Gods damn this D&D Insider! I can't see ANYTHING interesting anymore... grrr...

I've edited the Dune witch so that vocabulary is consistently power source neutral. Bolding and italics have been added to powers and some better formatting. Also changed The Blood Hound powers a bit. His utility power, for example, is based off of his Hunter's Quarry now rather than just a random target. Any feedback on them would be appreciated. Also, would it be within reason to give Bring Down the Weak (Bloodhound encounter power) an aftereffect of slowed (save ends) once the immobilized (save ends) condition wears off? Keep in mind the target has to be bloodied (and on the other hand that it is only a level 11 attack).
