So, the two races most likely to be created by violence, half orc and half demon, are going to be in the first release.

Tieflings aren't half-demons, they are at most 1/4 demon. And most of them aren't created through violence, since Tieflings are a true breeding race, and they can be created as a result of pacts/curses or "planar radiation" just as likely as fiendish ancestors who could use deception as a method of breeding with mortals. Just about all children of tieflings, regardless of what the other parent is, often become tieflings.

There's nothing that's stated for sure that Gnomes have been cut other than speculation. Though it should be noted that what gnomes are and what they can do, seems to change with every edition of D&D. And if they aren't in the PHB, just wait one month and they'll be around in the MM.

Note that in Eberron, half-orcs can actually come of a loving relationship...

Aren't orcs all so one of the most respected races?

Among the "civilized world" (the Five Nations)? No. Orcs are still denigrated as primitive, "savage", etc.

However, it is no longer a simple fact that they're truly Evil and really deserve to be denigrated as primitive and savage. They're just different from the civilized races and often misjudged because of it, kind of like "primitive", "savage" nations in real life.

I've done searches on this but no answer how many at will powers does a wizard get to choose for their spell book. I know they can only have 2 memorized for the day unless they are human then they get 3. And I know they start with 2 daily spells, but can only memorize one. And 3 rituals. But no idea on Starting Encounter or at will powers. Also I know you start with all the cantrips for at will but I'm talking about 1st level at will spells. Like Magic Missile, Cloud of Daggers, Ray of Frost, Scorching Ray, and Thunderwave. Is it safe to say all wizards have all 5 of those in their spell book at start?

ps. I wanted to start a new thread for this but I'm not allowed so this seems like the place that makes the most sense for it.

My reading is that you get one extra per level per type for Encounter and Daily powers, but for AT WILL powers, you just get the two. You don't select/prepare those every day, you just always have those two until and unless you spend a retraining to change one when you level.
