Based off of the Divine Power feats section.
-Censure of Unity is the new Avenger Censure
-Healer's Mercy seems to be a new Channel Divinity power for Clerics, and probably related to a build.
-Covenant of Malediction (which we already know about)
-A Paladin can get Ardent Vow or Call of Virtue as an alternative to Lay On Hands, which possibly is a main thing for new builds.

Cobalt Dragons! Ampersand strongly suggests that these will be another Metallic Dragon, appearing in Draconomicon II.

Already added, I just didn't feel like adding a note saying I did since the last two posts were by me. :P

There's not a lot to it. I recall thinking there was only one decent hint in the whole thing... and I've already forgotten what it was. :P
Edit: went back and listened to some of it.
* Divine Sanction is a second, separate marking mechanism for the Paladin (who can have both types of marking operating at the same time). More bookkeeping, yay. Continuing the 4e principle of not rewriting a weak rule if you can "fix" it by tacking some new bits on instead.
* Many of the new powers are designed for the old builds. They dance around the issue of the Str-Pally being unplayable, but go so far as to say they want DP to "fill some holes", especially for the Cleric and Paladin.
* Historical tidbit: the Avenger was originally called Templar. (I always suspected that...)

Added Templar to the list as they are mentioned among other Divine classes in the ECG. Also moved this months books to the info dump. I'll add The Plane Above wehn we actually get the text from the Spring Catalog.
