Actually a 16th level Psionic could achieve divinity. My argument isn't flawed it's factual. My friend actually wrote WotC and showed him what he had done. All they could do is say mechanically that is 100% right, but morally it wasn't. And what I want you to do is i want you to make a Wizard that is capable of killing every deity in the 3rd edition books. There was a tiny flaw in Psionics that my friend found and made the entire system of Psionics broken beyond anything out there. It's really funny how just because you assume you are right that automatically makes me wrong. From the information that I have I know for a fact that you are the one that is flawed with your argument.

Digging the Monk playtest, even moreso if you consider the hybrid class rules. Monk + Rouge hybrid = fun beatdown goodness

I for some find it a very functional way to do away with the strange divide between the Psionic and Ki 'mystical ju-ju' divide that never should have been there in the first place.

Digging the Monk playtest, even moreso if you consider the hybrid class rules.
Monk + Rouge hybrid = fun beatdown goodness
Cant sneak attack with those fists though. And there is not a Hybrid for the Monk yet and wont be until at least PHB3

You can if you take Ruthless Ruffian and wear the Belt of the Brawler, I think.

Not completely. Hybrid rogues can only sneak attack with their Rogue powers.

Yep; that's why I hope the Monk MC feat just grants the Unarmed Combatant class feature, so all classes can get in on the action.

Rogues can only use their Sneak Attack with qualified weapons.

Not the complete picture. Most of their Attack Powers (if not all) require them to be weilding a light blade or a crossbow.
They can attack with other weapons, they are just limited to basic attacks with no Sneak Attack damage when doing so.
